Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled free of charge before it ships. Simply send your cancellation request with your order number to info@tejjwear.com. Your payment is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being approved.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship; in that case the return process below applies.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and, even if tried on, not worn.
  • Original tags must be attached and the packaging preserved.
  • The return request must be made within the 14-day period.

Return Process

  1. Email info@tejjwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Your request is reviewed the same business day and you receive a free return shipping code.
  3. Hand the item to the carrier in its original packaging.
  4. Once the item reaches us and is inspected, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping is paid by Tejj Wear. For credit card refunds, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a size or item, email info@tejjwear.com in the same way. Shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or different item from what you ordered, notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. In this case your item will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded, with all shipping costs covered by us.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products or for products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons whose packaging has been opened.
