Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER

The person identified by the full name, delivery address, email address and phone number provided when placing the order. This information appears in your order confirmation email.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER's website www.tejjwear.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product and Payment Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, size, price and payment method of the product are as stated on the order page and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER. Prices include VAT. Shipping is free on all orders within Türkiye.

4. General Provisions

The BUYER confirms having read and understood all preliminary information on the essential features, sale price, payment method and delivery of the product, and gives the necessary electronic confirmation.
The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal 30-day limit, with an order processing time of 1–2 business days and a delivery time of 2–5 business days.
If the BUYER is not at the address at the time of delivery, it is the BUYER's responsibility to collect the product following the notice left by the carrier.
The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery and, if there is shipping damage, refuse delivery or have a report drawn up by the carrier's representative.
If the SELLER cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing shipment, the SELLER will inform the BUYER. In this case the BUYER may cancel the order and the payment is refunded within 14 days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

A written notice to info@tejjwear.com within this period is sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The returned product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and with its tags attached.
Return shipping is paid by the SELLER; once the request is approved, a free return shipping code is sent to the BUYER.
After the product reaches the SELLER, the amount is refunded to the BUYER's original payment method within 14 days.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared according to the BUYER's request or personal needs, or to products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons whose packaging has been opened after delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and by the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
