Shipping within Türkiye

Shipping is free on all orders.

Order processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 2–5 business days
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within Türkiye. International delivery is coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Under your consumer rights, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

To request a return or exchange, email info@tejjwear.com.
Return shipping is paid by Tejj Wear — once your request is approved, we send you a free return shipping code.
Exchange shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify info@tejjwear.com within 48 hours with a photo. We will send a replacement free of charge, with shipping covered by us.
